Do you ever find yourself so interested in something, or super inspired that you start researching, reading, learning everything you possibly can?
As fun as it is, it often leads to an information overload. To the point where you're learning and learning SO much that you're almost not helping yourself. You're just overflowing with information and possibly not retaining much of it.
For me, I get crazy addicted to researching and learning ALL THAT I CAN. I'm guilty of thinking I have to be an expert before I start. Anyone else?
What we need to do is PRACTICE major concepts as we learn them. Instead of continuously watching videos and reading books.
We also need to take a step back. Give ourselves breaks and set limits. This is hard. I struggle with this. Big Time.
I found a couple articles online that can help us with information overload as well as how to practice mindfulness for those who are too busy.
I hope you find your balance in life this Monday {I hope I do, too}.
