This is a very basic yoga set designed for brand-new beginners and overweight practitioners. This yoga set is intended to expose people to the basic format of a yoga practice including meditation, breathing exercise, warm-up, cool down, and deep relaxation. This set includes fundamental yoga poses like 'sun-salutations' and 'child's pose' and provides modifications to assist even the most inexperienced yogis.
