A week goes by faster and faster as you get older - or so it seems. I have had a blast figuring out this blogging stuff with all the gorgeous feel good bloggers. I can't wait until the 6-week Feel Good Blogging course starts in November!! As Alex Beadon was talking about the course, I knew about the price range it would be in before she announced it to all of us watching. I figured there was no way I should splurge on it. Then I thought, why not? That week in blogging was my favorite week in a long time. I'm not the most social person {with strangers}, but that group helped me open up and get excited for what the next day would bring. |
In a minute it dawned on me that if I didn't purchase the program then I would surely be missing out on something I just know will be good for me.
It's more than just having fun with blogging that pushed me to it. I've been trying for a long time now to get my photography business off the ground.
I'm currently transforming my living room into an at-home studio. I've been frustratingly putting my photography website together {don't judge too harshly I just switched over the domain and still need to work out some kinks}.
I'm finally seeing the ball gain a little momentum and this blogging challenge/program came at the very best time ever.
I can't stop thinking about the day when my photography business is self-sustaining and on its way to getting me out of my graveyard job.
I can't stop thinking about how much fun I've been having in the blogging challenge.
I can't stop thinking about how happy I am that things are finally fun & motivating again.
Like the image above, if I can't stop thinking about these things, then I won't stop working for them!
I thought sharing that on this lovely Monday might spark some inspiration for a similar situation you might be working through.

Now remember those books??
The books from my mindfulness/meditation resource blog post? I mentioned a book club that I wanted to get started up in 2015. I received plenty of excited feedback and several newsletter signups in interest of the book club! Now it's time to vote for the FOUR books you'd like to see as part of the book club for us to read in 2015. HURRY OVER and vote for your top four choices & how you would like me to reveal the winners! Voting will close on November 1st! Vote Now! |
