Here's a fun little 5 minute mindfulness exercise for you to try:
Find a public place, a park bench is great, and take a seat. Look forward and just notice all the people passing you by, avoid looking at them. You will be tempted, but guide your gaze forward. Practice just looking ahead.
Do this practice daily and take notice on the impact it has on the rest of your life.
This practice is designed to increase your focus. Some people have reported not only better focus in areas such as work, but also reported that tasks such as doing the dishes were not as dreary.
Give it a try and tell me about your experience in the comments.
