De-cluttering things physically often helps me de-clutter things mentally. However, the tricky part is actually de-cluttering things.
I'm quite the procrastinator and while I used to be proud of that fact, I've come to learn that it's not exactly a good thing. I've been putting off a ton the last couple months and now it's all starting to get a bit overwhelming. Time to take some steps to ease my mind.

- clean up my environment
- organize the house
- journal
- get outside more
- meditate
- yoga
- go to bed an hour earlier on work nights
- make a list of what's lingering in my mind and decide what needs action and what I can just let go
