About a year ago, I put this little workout jar together and posted it on my old blog {here}. I still love the idea and thanks to a recent comment on that blog, thought it needed a re-post along with a link to download the list I used back then. Of course, add anything you'd like to the list. Make it your own.
It's like a fun little game to decide what you'll do that day. I mainly use it for HIIT workouts, however there is "yoga" listed. I like to do yoga everyday, but others may need to be told or pushed.
A simple way to use this would be to print the list, cut them up, then add them to a jar. To use the jar, draw four exercises and arrange them however you'd like {or go with the order you drew them}. Do your workout HIIT style with 50 seconds work and 10 seconds break and repeat 3 times. Of course, make it your own and share in the comments how you would {or do} use it! I'm sure others would love to see different ways to use it.
