Monday
Typical 8am gym session, except I really wasn't giving it my all. I found out some terrible news of a close-friend's passing during my workout and had the hardest time working out afterwards.
Tuesday
I went on Meetup.com and found a yoga class! It was a Halloween themed yoga class and I had the best time meeting new people and getting my super fun, sweat-worthy & relaxing yoga session on. My outfit to the event, as you can see, was awesome. haha there were promises of black light, but didn't end up happening. |
Wednesday
We usually hit the stadiums on Wednesday, but our fitness partner called in sick. We decided to relax that day. I did some strala yoga videos ;) Check them out {here}.
Friday
Today was another full day with an hour and a half workout in the gym followed by an hour of spin. We kicked today's ass! I've included a little video this time!
